About This Quote

Words matter . . . They really do.

This quote comes from the movie, “The Notebook.” In this quote, Rachel tells Noah that her life will always be a lie no matter what she does or where she goes, she will always be a lie to him. She says words matter and they really do. She goes on to say that this is the only life she ever has and she will spend it telling the truth and loving him. She goes on to say that the only thing that matters in this life is how she spends it with him and so she tells him that she loves him and this is the only life they will ever have together.
